Human Resources Coordinator

Traemand is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to coordinate and execute a variety of HR functions in support of a multi-US state, multi-national employee population. 

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support Country People Operations personnel with backup duties.
  • Input and update employee information in HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Assist in the talent acquisition process including posting new positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing reference checks to ensure optimal success rate in hiring and integrating new employees into the Company.
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries.
  • Complete the employee on-boarding process including:
  • Receipt of Employment Application, Employment Agreement and Exhibit A
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening (drug screen, background check, MVR) and ensure paperwork is complete
  • I-9 processing
  • Child support verifications
  • Manage the employee offboarding process, mandatory compliance for separation packets, and post-employment responsibilities
  • Maintain PeopleOps@Traemand.com email box.
  • Process all unemployment claims, all workers compensation claims, and verifications of employment.
  • Maintain company organization chart.
  • Maintain historical employee records, keeping past and current records.
  • Maintain employment law posters.
  • Maintain the upkeep of People Operations website information (forms policies, etc.) in Traemand Exchange.
  • Completes monthly anniversary list email.
  • Support new hire orientation.
  • Support annual open enrollment.
  • Support compliance audit activities
  • Support project implementation as needed.
  • Cross-train in other People Operation roles in order to provide basic support during vacations and sick leave or times of heavy workload.
  • Manages FMLA documentation.
  • Maintains knowledge of government regulations, benefit program trends, and prevailing practices among similar organizations.
  • Complete all training requests by Company and perform such training in accordance with the requirements of Company.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, Psychology; Human Resources preferred.
  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Experience in an HR or related department preferred.
  • Ability and eagerness to provide each customer with an exceptional experience.
  • Ability to deliver the most professional, efficient and highest quality service in the industry.
  • Highly detail oriented

  • Demonstrates a high-level of personal integrity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to write clearly and persuasively in addition to defining problems and articulating solutions within a group setting.
  • Strongly proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to learn and support new and quickly-changing technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
