Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success Representative plays a critical role within the Traemand community and is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for both our internal and external customers. Owner

Understands the metrics that drive the business and how your role contributes to our success

Drives installation and customer satisfaction targets through proactive education and support of customers

Ability to set the proper expectations with customers throughout the planning process

Student

Understands customer needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions

Learns and sustains in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition

Maintain and update customer and prospect communication log inside the CRM so that communication is consistent and sequential

Assist and perform other miscellaneous duties, special projects as assigned

Customer Champion

Communicates with regional field teams about customer’s needs and activity

Maintains a record of daily customer communication interactions, problems and remedial actions taken

Proactively searching for solutions to problems and proposing improvements to increase success

Be our customer's ambassador to internal departments, as well as to our vendors and partners

Requirements

Must feel comfortable on the phone, calling customers daily to provide support in a variety of ways

Strong relationship builder by connecting with customers on a regular basis to promote installations and overall customer satisfaction

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and follow up to meet and exceed customer expectations

Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious

Track record of delivering on desired results and outcomes, regardless of obstacles and challenges
