Founded in 2005 by a Danish Master Carpenter and starting in an actual garage, Traemand began its quest to make clients remodeling dreams a reality. Today we are partnered with the world’s largest furniture retailer, IKEA, to plan and install their cabinet line nationally. We are growing at a rapid pace with great people and great opportunities in almost every major metropolitan market in the country.

About the Job:

  • Conduct outbound prospect and customer calls. Responsible for completing a minimum number of calls weekly and tracking responses for corporate information.
  • Close prospect cases in a direct and sincere manner. Assist the customer in finalizing a planning service and/or installation contract.
  • Submit weekly reports on personal job performance, metrics, accomplishments, and lessons. Track other activities and submit reports as assigned. Attend weekly market coordinator meetings.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction cases in a prompt manner and strongly resolve issues with field personnel and Market Managers.
  • Ensure all customer and field personnel appointments are accurate and up-to date. Reschedule or cancel services, adjust gateway capacities, or address customer issues/complaints.
  • Follow corporate policies and guidelines, and set an example for high office integrity and business ethics.


Requirements:

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Assertive, highly organized and flexible.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task and execute management decisions to complete deadlines.
  • Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Ability to maintain staff and corporate confidentiality.
