Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Job:

We are looking for a driven individual that believes in the power of core values, has the desire to make a significant impact on a growing business, and is motivated by the opportunity to provide a world class experience for our employees. You will be partnering with internal and external partners to ensure accurate vendor payments. This position will report directly in to the Controller. 


  • Responsible for Weekly Activity Report ( WAR) processing including:
    • Validating payment requests by ensuring proper back-up for customers;
    • Review accommodations from Market Managers as required;
    • Incorporate special projects as required;
    • Update all WAR’s for IKEA bill back payments and follow-up on late IKEA payments;
    • Maintain the relationship between Traemand and our Referral Partners;
  • Prepare daily operating meeting reports;
  • Participate in all process improvements and the automation process for Netsuite;
  • Enter, research, and pay vendor invoices;
  • Update Netsuite as required for vendor changes;
  • Review monthly Accounts Payable;
  • Prepare and file state/local sales taxes;
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memoranda, proposals and correspondence concerning accounting matters in accordance with Company policy;
  • Assist in accounting compliance procedures;
  • Performs other duties requested by superior as necessary;
