Construction Office Manager

Our Traemand Partner, Styrka, is seeking an  Office Manager with excellent time management and communication skills. You must be tech savvy, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and flexibility to meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Must be tech savvy with working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, presentation software and Quick Books accounting software

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing weekly payroll and invoices; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
